Best Waterproof Eyeliner
We have all had the same terrible feeling at some point, when an otherwise perfectly drawn cat-eye eye line application gets ruined by smudging onto our upper eyelid. What’s worse, the water proof or smudge-proof eyeliner we thought we’d bought has let us down, again. It doesn’t last long enough or it can’t handle any blinking. It is annoying and frustrating, and it happens to all of us best of us. But, you can minimize these eyeliner mishaps by using a truly waterproof product that works! Patrick Starr knows his stuff when it comes to waterproof liquid eyeliner. This One/Size liquid liner goes on very smooth, has a very rich matte finish, and won’t smear or run after application. Dior Diorshow
This eyeliner comes in three different finishes: pearlescent , satin and matte. And with its array of different colors, it is no wonder this one made our list. Dior liquid liner provides amazing flexibility for serious eyeliner artists, and it is easy to use. At over $30, Dior is a little pricier than other liquid liners, but we think it is well worth it. Still, it is a bit of spurge, so keep it in your kit and break it out when you really want to stay dry and make an impression. We love the felt tip and its ability to create sharp, crisp lines and fun designs.
Kevyn Aucoin Liquid
This liquid eyeliner is as black as my morning coffee (even blacker!) and this one delivers on its water proof promise. Some liquid eyeliners don’t work when drawn over eyeshadow or base, especially the ones with a satin finishes. But by using a series of short, smaller dashes or slashes instead of one single continuous line, you can help create the cat-eye effect without compromising the line.
Kulfi Pencil
Sometimes the ink just doesn’t work for you, and if you’re one of those people who prefers the pencil, then the Kulfi is worth a shot. It is super soft, goes on smoothly and looks great.
